Privacy
Effective date: June 3, 2026
This Privacy page explains the main categories of information connected with the Indevest website and the Indevest workspace. It is written to reflect the current product workflow described in the Indevest guide materials.
Website information
The website provides product information, KPI examples, sample output, plan display, and contact paths.
Website pages may process basic technical information needed to serve and operate the site, such as requested URL, timestamp, IP address, browser or device information, referrer information, and diagnostic logs.
Contact requests
When you use the contact form, Indevest may receive:
- name
- email address
- selected topic
- message text
- hCaptcha token
- source URL and related request metadata
This information is used to route support, sales, billing, legal, or product questions and to reduce spam or abuse.
Use appropriate secure product or professional workflows for sensitive seller records, diligence files, payment card data, regulated personal information, or confidential third-party information.
Account and workspace data
The Indevest workspace may include account profile details, sign-in state, email verification status, active workspace selection, organization membership, roles, plan access, usage limits, and administrative settings.
Workspace context matters. Personal workspace data and organization workspace data are separate unless a workflow explicitly transfers or creates data in the organization workspace.
Analysis and comparison records
Indevest users may enter opportunity assumptions such as analysis name, purchase price, annual gross income or revenue, monthly operating expenses, down payment, interest rate, amortization period, average tax rate, investment type, industry, revenue model, description, and Future Value Scenario assumptions.
Saved product records may include:
- analyses
- analysis groups
- saved comparisons
- compare history
- threshold snapshots
- recommendation signals
- calculated metrics
- warnings
- AI-assisted summaries
- CSV import records
- archived record state
Comparisons currently require saved analyses to share the same threshold snapshot. Saved comparisons and AI compare summaries may have separate plan quotas.
Organization visibility
Organization workspaces can include owners, admins, members, and viewers. Organization records may have visibility settings such as:
- Visible to organization
- Only me and org admins
- Archived
Records marked Visible to organization can be visible to active organization users, including viewers. Only me and org admins keeps a record limited to the creator and organization owners or admins. Archived records are removed from normal organization lists until restored by an owner or admin.
The current organization workspace model is organization-wide, not client-specific. Indevest does not currently limit a viewer to one selected analysis, group, or comparison. Organizations that invite external clients should set sensitive internal records to Only me and org admins and use Visible to organization only for records that are safe for all active organization members and viewers.
Plans, billing, and usage
Plans, billing, and usage may include subscription status, saved payment method display, plan-change activity, invoices, transaction details, seat counts, usage summaries, and plan entitlements.
Usage views may separate saved analyses, AI summaries, saved comparisons, AI compare summaries, and saved analysis groups. In organization workspaces, owners and admins may see organization plan and billing controls. Members and viewers do not see organization plan-change or billing-management controls.
Payment card data should be entered only through the processor-controlled checkout or billing flow.
AI-assisted summaries
Some plans and environments may support AI-assisted summaries for analysis or compare output. AI settings may include default summary preferences, provider or model preferences, and usage context tied to the active plan.
AI-assisted summaries are intended to explain calculated output. Users should avoid entering sensitive third-party records unless they are comfortable using those records in the product workflow.
If AI is unavailable or a provider cannot produce a reliable response, the app is designed to avoid showing fabricated analysis.
CSV import
Some plans may support CSV import for larger analysis sets. Imported data can include the fields needed to create or update analysis records. Users are responsible for reviewing imported data before relying on resulting calculations or comparisons.
Service providers
Indevest may rely on service providers for hosting, infrastructure, storage, security monitoring, hCaptcha verification, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, customer support tooling, AI providers, and operational diagnostics.
These providers process information only as needed to support the service, subject to their own applicable terms and privacy practices.
Retention and deletion
Indevest may retain contact requests, account records, saved analyses, billing records, logs, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain reliable operations.
Users can delete or update product records through available workspace controls. Some records may remain in backups, logs, billing systems, or required business records for a limited period.
Your choices
You choose what information to submit through the contact form and what assumptions to enter in the Indevest workspace.
You can use available workspace controls to manage saved analyses, groups, comparisons, archived records, AI preferences, billing workflows, and organization visibility settings.
For privacy questions, use the contact page on this site or the support workflow inside the app.
