Indevest is a product and service of Nuvention Group LLC. This legal notice summarizes important terms for visitors, trial users, customers, and organization users. The Terms of Use control if there is a conflict between this page and the Terms.

Product scope

Indevest is built for business acquisition, expansion, and cash-flow opportunity review. It helps users organize assumptions, calculate evaluation KPIs, compare opportunities, save analysis history, apply thresholds, and coordinate review inside personal or organization workspaces.

The product is intended to support pre-diligence and diligence-adjacent review. It is not a substitute for professional review, final diligence, legal review, accounting review, tax planning, financing review, operational inspection, or independent business judgment.

Evaluation responsibility

All results depend on user-provided inputs, selected assumptions, plan-enabled features, saved thresholds, organization visibility settings, and the active SaaS environment. Users are responsible for checking inputs, reviewing calculations, validating assumptions, and deciding what professional support is needed before acting.

Indevest does not guarantee that an opportunity is suitable, profitable, financeable, compliant, accurately priced, or complete. Marketing content, sample KPIs, plan descriptions, AI summaries, comparisons, reports, and recommendation signals are informational product outputs, not guarantees or professional advice.

AI-assisted content

AI-assisted summaries may be available according to plan, workspace settings, provider configuration, and usage limits. AI content should be treated as a review aid. It can be incomplete or incorrect and should not be used as the sole basis for a transaction, financing decision, tax position, legal decision, or operational commitment.

Organization visibility

Current organization workspaces support organization-wide visibility for records marked visible to the organization. Users should assume those records can be seen by active organization members and viewers. Sensitive or client-specific records should use the most restrictive visibility settings available in the workspace.

Client-specific or member-specific record sharing is a future product direction unless and until that capability is available in the app.

Contact form

The contact form is for support, sales, billing, and related routing requests. It uses hCaptcha protection to reduce spam and sends requests to the Indevest backend for processing. The marketing website does not send SMTP email directly.

Do not submit payment card data, social security numbers, regulated health information, confidential seller documents, private diligence files, or other sensitive third-party information through the contact form.

Plans and app links

The marketing website may display plan and feature information from Indevest. Actual pricing, feature access, limits, billing status, and plan entitlements are controlled by the Indevest app and may differ by environment, account, workspace, promotion, or administrator configuration.

Links to the Indevest app are resolved dynamically for the installed domain or subdomain so stage and production can use the appropriate app host.

Intellectual property

Indevest names, product content, website copy, interface design, workflows, software, graphics, and related materials are owned by Nuvention Group LLC or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, scraping, redistribution, reverse engineering, or misuse is prohibited.

Florida law and Okaloosa County venue

The Terms of Use are governed by Florida law. Unless applicable law requires another forum, lawsuits or court proceedings related to the website, Indevest app, or Terms must be brought in a state court located in Okaloosa County, Florida, or in a federal court with jurisdiction over claims arising in or serving Okaloosa County, Florida.

This notice may be updated as the product, website, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current posted version.
